Shipping policy
WHEN CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
At Beautology, we’re confident you’ll love our products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse the delivery or return it immediately upon receipt.

You have the right to request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Please note that requests made after the 3-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
To initiate a return, kindly email us at info@beautologyegy.com within 24 hours of delivery.
WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?
We are unable to accept returns if:

The request is made after 3 days from receiving the item (for manufacturing defects).

The item has been used, damaged, or altered from its original condition.

The product is a consumable and has been opened or installed.

The serial number is missing or tampered with.

The original packaging, tags, accessories, or freebies are missing.

The item is fragile or hygiene-related, which are non-returnable.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
CANCELLING AN ORDER

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel it. Your refund will be processed after we receive the item back.

Orders cannot be canceled once delivered.

ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you’ve entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us immediately at info@beautologyegy.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to update the address.
If the package is returned due to incorrect shipping details, a refund will be issued once we receive the returned package. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DIDN’T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us at info@beautologyegy.com.
We will follow up with the courier and open an investigation, which may take 5–10 business days.
